Bloating 🥵😤

From a young age I have always struggled with bloating.

For me it is both physically & mentally uncomfortable - It leaves me feeling very low & sluggish.


A lot of the time with bloating, I notice it getting worse if I am stressed & anxious.

It is my bodies way of saying STOP & HELP, something needs to change & slow down.

When it gets really bad I often can’t go to the loo for about 2 weeks 💩 (Too much information haha)

Which really just ends up becoming a massive bloat 24/7 & leaving me feeling self conscious and more introvert.

Bloating is normal sometimes but you’ve got to listen to your body & the signs of what it is trying to tell you.

For anyone that struggles with the same things, I have started to take magnesium powder…. Which relaxes your muscles, so that when you have that anxious uptight feeling, your body can just completely relax & de-bloat 🙏🏽
