Walks

My favourite thing to do if I’m anxious or if I have a million things going on in my head is to go for a long walk around the park and get fresh air on my own ✨

Having that space to myself to think about everything in my life, clear my mind. Think about all the things I have achieved, all the exciting things that I have coming up & everything that I am grateful for! ✨

I find that it’s so easy to just get caught up running at a million miles and hour and I have to ground myself, take time for myself to be calm ✨
