Wow what a whirlwind the last 4 weeks have been!
A week before the official isolation, Olls and I got ill. Between the two of us we had all of the Corona symptoms, we are so lucky that it didn’t hit us that badly! (The weirdest was having no taste and smell)
I feel so much better, a few little waves of exhaustion that kept coming, but I’m listening to my body & resting when I need it.

It’s such a tough time for everyone at the moment. The biggest adjustment to routine & not being able to see family & friends!
I have found sticking to some sort of routine is so helpful, especially for my mental state.
Waking up early, walking Mav 🐶, working out, eating the same, revising, working etc.
I have found FaceTime & group chats so amazing & uplifting, and have really made the most of everyone incredible around me.
At times like this everyone is so supportive & there for each other (just not physically). It also makes you appreciate everything and everyone in your life, with the lifestyle that you usually freely live!

Over this period of time, don’t compare yourself to others, they are only posting & telling you about the fun things. Everyone’s going to be having ups and downs. Just focus on yourself! Focus on things that make you happy & keep you entertained! 💛
