Something that I talk about quite a lot & find that it’s so helpful being open & honest!

Be kind to everyone, you never know what they are going through!

People can put on a massive smile when deep down they are struggling inside!

It doesn’t last forever, when you’re feeling at you’re lowest it feels like a downwards spiral, it’s so hard to see how you can be happy again.

Sometimes it feels like a rollercoaster with the lows & highs. But you’ve just got to try & be kind to yourself ✨

Anxiety can be so crippling & completely take over your mind & thoughts, as well as really effecting sleep!
